Yellow-legged Gull

'This gull HD 610 was one of several following a plough along with c300 Lesser Black-backed Gulls. The ringer informed me that it was ringed as a chick on 17th May 2019 near Chables on the south-east side of Lac de Neuchatel in Switzerland. In September 2019 it was seen in Bucks and Leics, but not subsequently until it turned up in Wiltshire in February this year. Presumably it returned to its breeding area before coming back to England.' DR
