Red-necked Phalarope

Red-necked Phalarope, Private garden - no public access, 26th July 2017 © Tony Martin
'This little critter was among the passage waders at my place just now. The images are terrible, but hopefully adequate for recognition. I make it an adult red-necked, but am not familiar enough with phalaropes to go beyond that. I've not had one at Dunkirk before, so it's a garden tick, but whether it's of wider interest (and sufficiently so to justify putting grainy photos on the website) I leave to you.'
