at Fowlmere suggested I send this photo to you. Apparently the leucistic
water rail that is nesting somewhere near the Drewer Hide at Fowlmere is rather
camera shy, so I seem to have been lucky to get this rather poor quality snap
as it rushed across in front of me. Perhaps if you post it on the website the
picture will encourage someone to spend some time in the hide and get a rather
better quality record. You have to admit that the bird is quite striking.' CP
