'Not great, but a snap of the Ferry Lagoon 3CY Glauc last night

- it was only on the deck for about a minute. It was entirely predictable the bird would drop into Ferry Lagoon on its way to roost from Milton Tip, and bang on queue it appeared at around 15.55, though unfortunately it chose not to stay at Ferry Lagoon for more than a few seconds.' RT

'There has been some interest in the 'orange harrier' seen at Ouse Fen & Fen Drayton.  I put some poor quality 'record shots' in my Cambirds album (BrianG).  Some people apparently had trouble finding these images.  I captured a few, somewhat better images today, and attach a couple in case they are of any use for the Gallery.  The technical quality is very poor, but the bird is interesting, and these give some indication of its unusual appearance.  Head & neck marking more Pallid-like than I recalled, but wingtip shape Hen-like. Interesting...' BG
