noticed this guy hanging around our allotments, over the last couple of weeks.
It wasn’t until I got a picture of him yesterday did I notice the disfigurement
of his beak (similar to the goldcrest you posted last month, Garth). I suppose
eating all the kale leaves and onion sets have enabled him to grow into fine
condition, which I believe, would have been difficult out in the fields.' JS
