'Flooded fields along the Cottenham Road at Landbeach have been attracting good numbers of day roosting gulls for the past couple of months. On Sunday this cute female 2cy Caspian Gull was present amongst the brutish ‘argentatus’ Herring Gulls and Greater Black Backs as I drove by... The stretching shot shows the the underwing pattern of variable brown markings on a white background so typical of this species.'SC
