These Baird's Sandpipers look more like Least Sandpipers to me. I have photographs of two Least Sandpipers that I took on Kelleys Island, Lake Erie, Ohio, USA. Particularly the shape of the bill and of the bird compared with the other Baird's Sandpipers displayed on this page.
