Woodcock

'This woodcock had a bit of a stunned coming together with our kitchen window at about 7.30 this morning. Some of its own feathers lodged in its beak. We live in central Cambridge so not sure where it came from or what it was up to. My best guess is that if it was from nearby, maybe Mill Road cemetery, but even then I'd be surprised. Luckily it recovered quickly and flew off at speed after just a few minutes.. AR
