Kingfisher

'These are actually different birds. The upper bird is a juvenile (brown top to the foot and dark breast band), and I suspect is a male from the colour of the crown feathers. The lower bird is an adult (bright orange feet) female (extensive orange on the lower mandible). I’m using Baker (1993) as my guide.
I think the fish in the lower pic is a baby perch. Anyone have an opinion?' Doug Radford
