For me this is a 1cy LBB due to no moult in greater coverts also barring to very inner greater coverts only, dark inner primaries, slender bill, dusky head markings,narrow tail band, probably intermedius.
Sorry should read coverts not 'greater coverts' also scraps and mantle still look incomplete ?
